What to do on a bad image body day?

That day, we did a poll a couple of days ago on our story and more than 90% said they struggle with body image.
When it’s such an alarming percentage - we live in a world where we are constantly told to hate our bodies - so it makes sense why most people struggle with their body image.
What to do on a bad image body day?

These are something we can do about it:
  • Stay away from " body checking",
  • Shift to neutral body comments,
  • Wear comfortable clothes,
  • Stay off social media,
  • Do something loving for yourself,
  • Ground yourself in nature.

Besides, screw diet culture and their unrealistic expectations of our bodies - our bodies are the most uninteresting thing about us!
