That day, we did a poll a couple of days ago on our story and more than 90% said they struggle with body image.
When it’s such an alarming percentage - we live in a world where we are constantly told to hate our bodies - so it makes sense why most people struggle with their body image.

These are something we can do about it:
- Stay away from " body checking",
- Shift to neutral body comments,
- Wear comfortable clothes,
- Stay off social media,
- Do something loving for yourself,
- Ground yourself in nature.

Besides, screw diet culture and their unrealistic expectations of our bodies - our bodies are the most uninteresting thing about us!
You are worthy, you are loved, you are enough as you are in this body TODAY.
While you do have a bad body image day- here are some things you can do to lighten the overwhelming and spiraling thoughts.
